Glen Motto talks with Allison Payne, Executive Director of the Disability Resource Center of the New River Valley, serving Montgomery County including Shawsville, Radford City, Giles, Floyd, and Pulaski, helping people with disabilities live independently. Payne discusses advocacy, information and referral, transitions, independent living skills, peer support, and home modifications including ramps, walk-in showers, safe flooring, and grab bars.
